We know that visiting a dentist isn\u2019t something that people generally enjoy, so knowing that we have made someone\u2019s visit worthwhile is very rewarding for the team at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgdental.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mike Allen\u2019s Dental Practice in Burton<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t about \u2018smug satisfaction\u2019 though and reviews also offer a window into how patients see us and how we perform. Whilst there are regular third party audits which monitor our performance, these tend to look at the more practical aspects of what we do. It is therefore very useful for us to receive the &#8216;formal&#8217; feedback from audits as well as the informal comments and reviews from our patients.<\/p>\n<h3>Continuous improvement<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Having an established dental practice in Burton on Trent for over thirty years, it would be all too easy to rest on our laurels and possibly become complacent.<\/p>\n<p>This is something which we endeavour never to do though and we do read all of the reviews which are posted. Sometimes it is possible to find ways to improve, even in a positive review.<\/p>\n<p>Whether receiving general dental care though, or one of our more sophisticated cosmetic procedures such as a dental implant, we are always interested in receiving feedback so that we can continually monitor how we are doing and, where appropriate, make any improvements to our service.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst we can\u2019t always remove a person\u2019s anxiety about a dental visit, we always do what we can to put them at ease to the best of our ability. We are always happy to hear from patients if there are any suggestions they have which may help with their concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you have a comment or suggestion to make about the actual functioning of our dental practice or even simple improvements that we can make to our waiting area, these are all welcomed.
